Coaching is not a right, it's a privilege. Youth coaching is about building developmental skills and confidence in our young athletes.
USA Lacrosse Bronze Level Certification
All Muskego Lax coaches are required to complete USA Lax Bronze Level Certification. Many of our coaches are certified in boys and girls games and have Silver and Gold certifications.

Coaching Reimbursements
After a coach completes the Bronze level certification or higher in either the boys or girls games, the Muskego Lax Club will pay for the coaches USA Lacrosse membership and the training session costs.
